Regarding the adjustment and supplementation of the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 2 issued together with
Decision No. 12/2003/QĐ-BGDĐT dated 24/03/2003

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated 05/11/2002 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 29/CP dated 30/3/1994 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training,
Based on Decision No. 43/2001/QĐ-BGDĐT dated 09/11/2001 of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of the primary school curriculum,
Based on the results of meetings of the Council for reviewing early childhood and general education equipment and comments from Council members,
At the proposal of the Directors of the Institute of Educational Science, the Heads of the Primary Education Department, and the Head of the Planning and Finance Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Adjust and supplement the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Grade 2 issued pursuant to Decision No. 12/2003/QĐ-BGDĐT dated March 24, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training (details attached).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are abolished. Departments of Education and Training are responsible for directing primary schools to purchase equipment based on the Minimum Teaching Equipment List issued and the adjustments and supplements made in this Decision to serve teaching and learning activities at primary schools starting from the 2003-2004 academic year.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, the Director of the Institute of Educational Science, the Head of the Primary Education Department, relevant departments, and the Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training are responsible for implementing this Decision.
