THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to the Minutes dated August 10, 2004 of the Scientific and Technical Council for the acceptance of the standard "Building Paints - Classification";
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Construction Materials at Circular No. 298/VLXD-KHKT dated August 23, 2004 and the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS ONE VIETNAMESE CONSTRUCTION STANDARD:
TCXDVN 321: 2004 "Building Paints - Classification".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Institute of Construction Materials, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
