Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; July 2003 Government Decree stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Considering the Proposal No. 254/BQL/TTr dated September 30, 2004 of the Management Board 410 regarding the request for approval of the Operation and Regulation Procedure for the Núi Ngang Water Reservoir in Quảng Ngãi Province.
The Operation and Regulation Procedures for Van Hoi Water Reservoir in Binh Dinh Province are hereby issued together with this Decision.
