REGARDING THE ISSUE OF THE LIST OF HAZARDOUS WASTES

BASED ON THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION LAW November 29, 2005;
Decree No. DECREE NO. 91/2002/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTy BASED ON DECREE NO. 80/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 9, 2006 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES AND DETAILS ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT,guiding the implementation of amending certain provisions of Environmental Protection Law.
ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE LIST OF HAZARDOUS WASTES.
DECISION:
Article 1. THE LIST OF HAZARDOUS WASTES ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE USED FOR IDENTIFYING AND CLASSIFYING HAZARDOUS WASTES AND SERVING AS A BASIS FOR MANAGING HAZARDOUS WASTES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
