Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;
BASED ON THE LAW ON CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS 1997 AND THE LAW AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE PAYMENT DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. AMEND POINT 4 OF ANNEX 3 TO THE REGULATIONS ON THE BANK CODE SYSTEM USED IN SETTLEMENT TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ISSUED PURSUANT TO DECISION NO. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN DATED JANUARY 18, 2006 OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM AS FOLLOWS:
CHANGE THE NAME OF THE JOINT-VENTURE BANK CHOHUNG VINA TO JOINT-VENTURE BANK SHINHANVINA AND MAINTAIN THE ORDER NUMBER OF THE BANK AS FOLLOWS:
