Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO THE MONITORING AND SUPERVISION INDICATORS SYSTEM FOR THE NATIONAL TARGET PROGRAM ON POVERTY REDUCTION PHASE 2006-2010 AT PROVINCE LEVEL (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE MONITORING AND SUPERVISION INDICATORS SYSTEM)
Article 2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPORTING AND TIME LIMIT FOR SUBMISSION OF REPORTS:
1. The People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities (hereinafter referred to as Provincial People's Committee) shall be responsible for reporting on the implementation of the Program according to the monitoring and supervision indicators system on a six-monthly and annual basis, and ad hoc reports as required, to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for consolidation and reporting. The Prime Minister.
2. Time limit for submission of reports:
- For indicators requiring six-monthly reports, localities must submit their reports no later than June 30 each year.
- For indicators requiring annual reports, localities must submit their reports no later than December 15 each year.
Article 3. Based on Decision No. 20/2007/QĐ-TTg dated February 5, 2007 of the Prime Minister approving the National Target Program on Poverty Reduction Phase 2006-2010 and the Monitoring and Supervision Indicators System attached hereto, the Provincial People's Committee shall issue the Monitoring and Supervision Indicators System for the National Target Program on Poverty Reduction at district and commune levels.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 5. The People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Social Assistance Department, and related units under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
