REGULATING THE INVESTIGATION AND SURVEY, ASSESSMENT OF CORAL ECOSYSTEMS, SEAGRASS ECOSYSTEMS, AND WETLANDS IN COASTAL AND ISLAND AREAS
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 25/2008/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 4, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2009 of the Government on comprehensive management of natural resources and protection of the marine and island environment;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE VIETNAM AQUATIC RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,

Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ISSUES REGULATIONS ON THE INVESTIGATION AND SURVEY, ASSESSMENT OF CORAL ECOSYSTEMS, SEAGRASS ECOSYSTEMS, AND WETLANDS IN COASTAL AND ISLAND AREAS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2011.
