CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Safety in Mineral Processing Plants

Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Circular No. 23/2007/TT-BKHCN dated September 28, 2007 of the Ministry of Science and Technology guiding the development, review, and issuance of technical regulations;

Article 1. This Circular issues the National Technical Regulations on Safety in Mineral Processing Plants.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance and apply throughout the country.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Industry and Trade, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
