Amending and supplementing certain provisions of national technical standards in the field of animal feed issued
pursuant to Circular No. 81/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 25, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;
On the basis of the Animal Breeding Law dated March 24, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2010 of the Government on feed management for animal husbandry;
On the basis of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Livestock Production Department;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions of national technical standards in the field of animal feed issued pursuant to Circular No. 81/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 25, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Section 3 "Management Provisions" in the national technical standards QCVN 01-10: 2009/BNNPTNT; QCVN 01-11: 2009/BNNPTNT; QCVN 01-12: 2009/BNNPTNT; QCVN 01-13: 2009/BNNPTNT issued pursuant to Circular No. 81/2009/TT-BNNPTNT.
1. Repeal Point 3.1 "Conformity Declaration".
2. Point 3.2 "Conformity Notification" shall be amended as follows:
"3.2. Conformity Notification The method, procedure, and process for conformity notification shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development".
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 2, 2012.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
