Issuing Regulations on Coordinated Management of Marine and Island Resources and Environmental Protection

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 25/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2009 of the Government on comprehensive management of marine resources and environmental protection of islands;

At the proposal of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment;

The Prime Minister issues the Regulations on Coordinated Management of Marine and Island Resources and Environmental Protection.

Article 1. These Regulations are promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from June 15, 2013.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of coastal provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
