CIRCULAR
BIMPLEMENTATION Article 24regulating high-quality undergraduate education trainingspecialized agency under the People's Committee of the province/city.

Pursuant to the Higher Education Law number 08/2012/QH13 dated June 18, 2012;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Higher Education,
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular regulating high-quality undergraduate education training:
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the Regulations on high-quality undergraduate education training
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2014.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Department of Higher Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Directors of National Universities, Directors of Regional Universities, Directors of Academies; Rectors of universities are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
