CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regulations on Admissions and Training for Master’s Degree Programs
Pursuant to the Law on Education dated June 14, 2019;
Pursuant to the Higher Education Law dated June 18, 2012 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Higher Education Law dated November 19, 2018;
Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2019/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2019 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Higher Education Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the proposal of the Director of the Higher Education Department;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to issue the Regulations on Admissions and Training for Master’s Degree Programs.
Article 1. These accompanying Regulations on Admissions and Training for Master’s Degree Programs are hereby promulgated.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from October 15, 2021, applicable to all admitted classes starting from the date of its effectiveness. This Circular replaces Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated May 15, 2014 issued by the Minister of Education and Training on Regulations for Master’s Degree Program Training.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Directors of the Higher Education Department, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; rectors of universities and academies; principals of university-level institutions; principals or directors of other educational establishments authorized to train at the master’s degree level; and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
