Pursuant to the Law Apursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations, amended and supplemented by some articles in

THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE issues this Circular stipulating the National Technical Regulation on Cryptographic Characteristics Used in Civil Cryptographic Products Belonging to the Group of IP Flow Security Products Using IPsec and TLS Technologies.

Article 1This Circular takes effect from May 20, 2022.
The Director of the Government Cryptographic Agency, Heads of agencies, units, and organizations, and related individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Article 2. Circular này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 20 tháng 5 năm 2022.
Article 3. Trưởng ban Ban Cơ yếu Chính phủ, Thủ trưởng các cơ quan, đơn vị và tổ chức, cá nhân có liên quan phải chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Circular này.
