Regarding the transfer and assignment of Mr. Nguyen Tien Trung to the position of Director of the Civil Servant Department

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Considering the work requirements and the quality, capability of cadres and civil servants;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel Organization,

DECISION:

Article 1. Transfer and assign Mr. Nguyen Tien Trung, Director of the Non-Governmental Organization Department, to the position of Director of the Civil Servant - Public Official Department.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 2. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Civil Servant - Public Official Department, the Director of the Cadre Organization Department, and Mr. Nguyen Tien Trung are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
