DECISION
No. 231 dated December 2, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Chairman of the Government,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To accept the following individuals as personal guards for the Chairman of the Government:
Nguyễn Văn Ly
Nguyễn Hữu Vân
Chu Phương Vương
Trần Đinh
Article 2. As of January 1, 1946, the aforementioned personnel shall receive a special monthly allowance of 250 Vietnamese National Bank notes for the fiscal year 1946, as provided in Chapter 6.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Chairman of the Government is responsible for implementing this Decision./.
