DATE OCTOBER 26, 2007 GUIDELINES FOR THE INSPECTOR CARD AND MANAGEMENT, USE OF THE INSPECTOR CARD
AND USE OF THE INSPECTOR CARD
Pursuant to Article 12 of Decree No. 100/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on Inspectors and Inspector Collaborators.
The Government Inspector General guides the model of the Inspector Card and the management, use of the Inspector Card as follows:
1. Model of the Inspector Card:
Name: Inspector Card
The Inspector Card is rectangular, 61mm wide; 87mm long, consisting of front and back sides.
- Front side:
Red background, capitalized yellow letters - Top line reads "SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM" (font size 9) according to the Vietnamese character code font (Vietnamese Unicode font) standard TCVN 6909:2001; Bottom line reads "INSPECTOR CARD" (font size 16); Between the two lines is the National Emblem (diameter 24mm).
- Back side:
Background with pink floral pattern, in the center is the emblem of the Inspection sector, embossed (diameter 20mm), Upper left corner has the emblem of the Inspection sector (diameter 14mm), below the emblem is where the photo of the cardholder (size 23x30mm) is affixed and stamped; From the upper left corner (10mm) to the lower right corner is a diagonal red line (width 6mm)

+ Inspector Card (bold capitalized red font size 12)
+ Number, Full name: Inspector rank; Working unit; Date, month, year (font size 10)

The card number is determined for each Ministry, sector, locality; in which capitalized letters and the first two digits are the codes of state agencies issued together with Decision No. 93/2005/QĐ-BNV dated August 30, 2005 of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The Inspector Card must be laminated with hard plastic.
