Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2006/ND-CP dated September 15, 2006 of the Government on inspection work for policy implementation, strategy, planning, and program;

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
At the proposal of the Minister and Head of the Government Office.
This Decision attaches the Plan for Inspection of Policy Implementation, Strategy, Planning, and Program of the Government in 2007.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Minister and Head of the Government Office shall be responsible for organizing and implementing this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Minister, Head of the Government Office, is responsible for主持组织实施本决定。
THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
