NO. 232/SL ON MAY 14, 1955
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense and Chief Commander of the Vietnam People's Army,
ISSUES THIS DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Appoints to the Ministry of National Defense, the position of Chief Commander:
1. Comrade Tran Quy Hai,
- Comrade Tran Van Tra, as Deputy Chief of General Staff.
2. Comrade Le Quang Dao,
- Comrade Song Hao; as Deputy Director of the Political Department.
3. Comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh,
- Comrade Dinh Duc Thien; as Deputy Director of the Logistics Department.
Article 2: The Minister of National Defense and Chief Commander of the Vietnam People's Army shall implement this decree-law.
