DECREE-LAW
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 232 DATED JULY 18, 1947
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 109 dated November 16, 1946;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Mr. Phan My, who was formerly the Director of the Office of the Ministry of National Defense, is now appointed to the position of Director of the Office of the Chairman of the Government, replacing Mr. Nguyen Van Luu.
Article 2
The Ministers of National Defense, Interior, and Finance shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
