Developing the lawyer profession until 2020
THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 93/2008/ND-CP dated August 22, 2008 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1072/QD-TTg dated July 5, 2011 of the Prime Minister approving the "Strategy for the Development of the Lawyer Profession until 2020";
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Aid Department,
Pursuant to …;:
Article 1. Issuing the "Comprehensive Plan to Implement the Strategy for the Development of the Lawyer Profession until 2020" attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Ministry of Justice, relevant ministries and sectors, the Vietnam Bar Federation, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related agencies and organizations shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
The Director of the Legal Aid Department, the Director of the Office, heads of units under the Ministry, and related agencies and organizations shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
