DECREE-LAW
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 233 DATED JULY 25, 1947
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 47-SL dated May 1, 1947 organizing the General Command,
In response to the request of the General Commander of the National Army of Vietnam,
ISSUES THE DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1
Appointing the following individuals as "Political Commissioners":
Mr. Nguyen Trong Vinh Political Commissioner of Zone I
- Le Hien Mai Political Commissioner of Zone II
- Le Quang Hoa Political Commissioner of Zone III
- Tran Van Cuong Political Commissioner of Zone IV
- Nguyen Chanh Political Commissioner of Zone V
- Nguyen The Viên
Also known as Song Hao Political Commissioner of Zone X
- Do Duc Kien Political Commissioner of Zone XII
Article 2
The Minister of National Defense shall concurrently serve as the General Commander of the National Army of Vietnam in accordance with this Decree-Law.
