DECREE
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 231 AUGUST 4, 1947
CONSIDERING the current situation,
AFTER the Permanent Committee of the National Assembly and the Council of Ministers have reached an agreement,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Mr. Ton Duc Thanh, former Minister of Interior Affairs, is hereby appointed as Special Inspector for the entire country.
Article 2
The Minister of Interior Affairs and the Minister of Finance shall implement this decree accordingly.
