DECREE-LAW
NO. 235/SL OF MARCH 14, 1955
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 on the organization of local people's administration;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1: The following are hereby designated:
1. Mr. Lục Quốc San, former member of the Administrative Committee of Lang Son Province, to assume the position of member of the Administrative Committee of North Vietnam Region.
2. Mr. Lê Quang Tuấn, former Chairman of the Administrative Committee of Nam Định City, to assume the position of member of the Administrative Committee of Region 3.
Article 2: The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law.
