THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2981/QD-BTC dated September 15, 2004 of the Minister of Finance on the management delegation of cadres, civil servants, and administrative officials;
Upon the proposal of the Heads of Units, the Director of the Cadre Organization Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Dispatch 46 cadres whose names are attached to attend the training course for leaders and leadership planning at the District-level Agency and equivalent levels in Thanh Hoa.

Time period: from October 5 to October 14, 2009. Opening ceremony at 8:00 am on October 5, 2009.

Venue: The Ministry of Finance's Resort, Sam Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province.

Article 2. The Director of the Cadre Organization Department, the Director of the Cadre Training School, the Head of the Ministry of Finance's Office, the Heads of Units, and individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
