Article 1. "1. PERIODIC REPORTS:
a) BEFORE JUNE 25 EACH YEAR, UNITS SHALL PREPARE INTERIM REPORTS ON THEIR FOREIGN RELATIONS ACTIVITIES FOR THE FIRST SIX MONTHS OF THE YEAR AND SUBMIT THEM TO THE INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS DEPARTMENT FOR COMBINATION INTO AN INTERIM REPORT ON FOREIGN RELATIONS ACTIVITIES OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM FOR THE FIRST SIX MONTHS OF THE YEAR TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE GOVERNOR.
b) BEFORE NOVEMBER 30 EACH YEAR, UNITS SHALL PREPARE ANNUAL REPORTS ON THEIR FOREIGN RELATIONS ACTIVITIES FOR THE YEAR AND SUBMIT THEM TO THE INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS DEPARTMENT FOR COMBINATION INTO AN ANNUAL REPORT ON FOREIGN RELATIONS ACTIVITIES OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE GOVERNOR BY DECEMBER 31."
THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM, AND THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY CENTRAL BRANCHES OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the International Relations Department, the Heads of units under the State Bank, and the Governors of the State Bank's branches in provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
