Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to the notification from the Director of the Swiss-AIT Program dated February 17, 1995, accepting Ms. Vu Thu Hang for further study in the MBA program at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand for a period of one year starting from May 1995;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Organization and Training Department and the Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Finance and Accounting;

Article 2: Ms. Vu Thu Hang's salary will be retained at 40% of her current pay grade and scale.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Director of the Organization and Training Department, the Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Finance and Accounting, and Ms. Vu Thu Hang are responsible for implementing this Decision.
