REGARDING THE EXPORT OF NATIONAL RESERVE RICE TO SUPPORT THE PROVINCE OF KON TUM

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 1533/QD-TTg OF SEPTEMBER 24, 2009 OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER ON THE EXPORT OF NATIONAL RESERVE RICE TO SUPPORT THE PROVINCE OF KON TUM;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY,
DECISION:
Article 1. THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY IS TO ISSUE WITHOUT CHARGE 500 TONS OF RICE FROM THE NATIONAL RESERVE TO THE PROVINCE OF KON TUM FOR EMERGENCY RELIEF PURPOSES.
Article 2. THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THE PROVINCE OF KON TUM TO PROMPTLY ORGANIZE THE HANDOVER AND RECEIPT OF RICE AT THE DISTRICT CENTERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DISTRIBUTION PLAN OF THE PROVINCE.
THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY SHALL DECREASE THE NATIONAL RESERVE CAPITAL BY THE AMOUNT OF RICE MENTIONED ABOVE AT THE ACCOUNTING COST AS MONITORED IN THE ACCOUNTING BOOKS AND REPORT THE FINAL ACCOUNTS OF THE RELIEF GOODS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE. THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY, THE HEAD OF THE STATE BUDGET DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PRICE MANAGEMENT AGENCY, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
