OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 237 DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 1947
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree-Law No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 organizing the people's administration and the Administrative Committees;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1-SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing the Protection Committees and the joint decree of the Ministries No. 6-NV/ct dated December 28, 1946 implementing that Decree-Law;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Ministry of Interior;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Mr. Đặng Châu Tuệ, special envoy for internal affairs in Lào Cai, is hereby specially appointed as Chairman of the Administrative Committee and Head of Ninh Bình Province Administration, replacing Mr. Trần Lâm.
Article 2
The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law.
