REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF STAFF TO LONG-TERM STUDY ABROAD

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to the invitation letter from the French Ministry of Finance dated March 2, 1995;

At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department,

Article 1: Extend the assignment of Mr. Nguyen Dinh My - Deputy Director of the State Budget Department to participate in the course at the International Academy of Administration in PARI until April 15, 1995, with expenses covered by the France-Vietnam project funding.

Article 2: During the study period, Mr. Nguyen Dinh My shall be entitled to 40% of the basic salary according to the current regulations of the State.

Article 3: The Directors of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the State Budget Department, the Financial Management Department, the Office of the Ministry, and Mr. Nguyen Dinh My are responsible for implementing this decision./.
