Issuing the Model Work Regulation of Units under the Ministry of Justice
THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 93/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 22, 2008, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
Pursuant to Decision No. 880/QD-BTP dated April 28, 2009 of the Minister of Justice issuing the Work Regulation of the Ministry of Justice;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel Organization,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Model Work Regulation of Units under the Ministry of Justice (hereinafter referred to as the Model Work Regulation) is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. Heads of units under the Ministry shall base on the Model Work Regulation to issue their own Work Regulations by the end of the fourth quarter of 2009.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Director of the Office, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, and the Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
