Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Public Security Law dated November 29, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Public Security,

Article 1.The Regulations on the use of technical equipment by the People's Police force in patrol and control activities related to traffic order and safety are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2.This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, and Chairpersons of municipal People's Committees directly under the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
The Minister of Public Security is responsible for guiding, monitoring, and urging the implementation of this Decision.
