DECISION
Regarding the renaming of the Preventive Medicine Department and the Institute for Child Health Protection
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Minister of Health and the Minister, Chairman of the Civil Service Committee of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. The following two organizations under the Ministry of Health shall be renamed:
1. The Preventive Medicine Department to the Department of Preventive Medicine.
2. The Institute for Child Health Protection to the Children's Hospital Institute.
Article 2. Any previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Minister of Health and the Minister - Chairman of the Civil Service Committee of the Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
