CIRCULAR

GUIDING THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CIRCULAR NO. 24/1999/BTC-TT DATED MARCH 4, 1999 ON DIRECTING FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN IMPLEMENTING AWARD SYSTEMS FOR OUTSTANDING ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL TASKS AND NATIONAL DEFENSE

Pursuant to Decree No. 56/1998/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 1998 of the Government.
To rectify errors in the printing process of the document, the Ministry of Finance guides the amendment and supplementation to Circular No. 24/1999/BTC-TT dated March 4, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance on directing financial management in implementing award systems for outstanding accomplishments in economic and social tasks and national defense as follows:

1. Supplement Point 2, Section II as follows:

A collective receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister: Shall be awarded VND 400,000.

2. Amend Item 2.1, Point 2, Section II as follows:

A labor-excellent team or unit shall receive an award in cash not exceeding one month of the minimum wage, with a maximum amount of VND 100,000.

This Circular takes effect from August 15, 1998. Other provisions in Circular No. 24/1999/BTC-TT dated March 4, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance remain unchanged.
