DECISION

Regarding the suspension of implementation of Decision No. 21/1999/QĐ-BGDĐT

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996;

Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to the Memorandum from the Minister of Education and Training No. 4823/VP dated May 27, 1999 regarding the validity of current regulatory documents while drafting detailed Decrees for implementing the Education Law;

At the proposal of the Director of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of Departments and the Inspector General,

DECIDES:

Article 1.To suspend implementation of Decision No. 21/1999/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 15, 1999 issued by the Minister of Education and Training.

Article 2.This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of the Ministry’s Office, Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training are responsible for implementing this Decision.
