THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated January 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the proposal of Working Group 670/TTg of the Prime Minister regarding the review of regulatory legal documents in the fields of export, import, and customs;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Culture and Information and the opinion of the Director of the Cinema Department at document No. I25/ĐA dated April 10, 1999 of the Cinema Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Decision No. 1388/QĐ-ĐA dated October 8, 1992 of the Ministry of Culture and Sports on the "Regulations on the establishment of order in the importation and distribution of film and video tapes" cinema films, video tapes is hereby revoked.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from May 15, 1999.
The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Cinema Department, the Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Culture and Information, and the Directors of the Departments of Culture and Information are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
