DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
ON THE RATING OF HERITAGE SITES
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
WHEREAS Article 28, 29, 30, 31 of the Cultural Heritage Law;
WHEREAS Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
AFTER REVIEWING THE APPLICATION DOCUMENTS FOR HERITAGE SITE STATUS AND THE WRITTEN PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HAIPHONG CITY;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE MUSEUM PRESERVATION DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. NATIONAL HERITAGE SITE
FROM THE MAC FAMILY ANCESTRAL HALL IN NGUDOAN COMMUNE, KIENTHUY DISTRICT, HAIPHONG CITY
Article 2. ALL CONSTRUCTION AND EXPLOITATION ACTIVITIES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE ZONED AREAS OF THE HERITAGE SITE. IN SPECIAL CASES, THE USE OF LAND WITHIN THE HERITAGE SITE AREA MUST BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM.
Article 3. LOCAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES SHALL IMPLEMENT THE STATE MANAGEMENT OF HISTORICAL, CULTURAL, AND SCENIC HERITAGE SITES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MUSEUM PRESERVATION DEPARTMENT, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THE CITY, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM OF HAIPHONG CITY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
