Regarding the supplementation and adjustment of the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 7
issued together with Decision No. 13/2003/QD-BGDĐT dated 24/03/2003

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated 05/11/2002 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 29/CP dated 30/3/1994 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Based on Decision No. 03/2002/QD-BGDĐT dated 24/01/2002 of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the secondary school curriculum,
Based on the results of meetings of the Council for Appraisal of Educational Equipment for Kindergarten and Primary and Secondary Schools and comments from Council members,
At the proposal of the Directors of the Institute of Educational Science, the Heads of the Department of General Secondary Education, the Head of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECIDES:
Article 1. Supplement and adjust the Minimum Teaching Equipment List for Grade 7 issued pursuant to Decision No. 13/2003/QD-BGDĐT dated March 24, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training (details attached).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished. Departments of Education and Training are responsible for directing middle school management agencies to purchase equipment based on the Minimum Teaching Equipment List issued and the adjustments and supplements provided for in this Decision to serve teaching and learning activities at middle schools starting from the 2003-2004 academic year.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Head of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Director of the Institute of Educational Science, the Head of the Department of General Secondary Education, relevant departments, and the Directors of Departments of Education and Training are responsible for implementing this Decision.
