OF MAY 7, 2002 GUIDING THE MANAGEMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF STATE BUDGET FUNDS
FOR THE PROJECT OF PLANTING 5 MILLION HA OF FORESTS
WHEREAS Decision No. 661/QĐ-TTg dated July 29, 1998 of the Prime Minister on the objectives, tasks, policies, and implementation of the Project of Planting 5 million ha of forests; Decision No. 251/QĐ-TTg dated March 22, 2000 of the Prime Minister on supplementing and amending procedures for payment of funds for the implementation of the Project of Planting 5 million ha of forests; Document No. 301/CP-NN dated April 18, 2001 of the Government on mechanisms to implement Program 661;
WHEREAS Circular Joint No. 28/1999/TT-LT dated February 3, 1999 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development - Ministry of Planning and Investment - Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decision No. 661/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister; Document No. 95/CP-NN dated January 23, 2003 of the Government on mechanisms for planting forests under the Project of Planting 5 million ha of forests;
Ministry of Finance guides the contents of Circular No. 43/2002/TT-BTC dated May 7, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the management and distribution of supplemented, and supplement one and Law No. 47/2024/QH15 number , Đ of State Budget funds for the Project of Planting 5 million ha of forests as follows: capital Amend bullet point 4, Point 1, Section I Part II - Investment capital for the project of planting protective and special-purpose forests as follows:
- Direct investment in planting new protective forests in very vulnerable and vulnerable areas, and special-purpose forests at an average of 4 million VND/ha, including planting and caring according to the technical procedures of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
