THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Decision No. 271/2003/QĐ-TTg dated December 31, 2003 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulations on supervision and evaluation of the effectiveness of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Decree No. 153/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 9, 2004 of the Government on the organization and management of state-owned holding corporations and the transformation of state-owned holding corporations and independent state-owned companies into parent company-subcompany models;
Pursuant to Circular No. 42/2004/TT-BTC dated May 20, 2004 of the Ministry of Finance guiding supervision and evaluation of the effectiveness of state-owned enterprises;
At the proposal of the Heads of the Personnel and Organization Department and the Finance Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying this Decision are the Regulations on supervision and evaluation of the effectiveness of state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Transport.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the Departments, the Directors of the specialized administrative agencies, the Heads of the public service units, the Members of the Board of Directors, the General Managers (Directors) of state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Transport, the Heads of the units and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
