DECISION
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION OF RETIRED TEACHERS OF VIET NAM
MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish associations;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on organization, operation and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Association Founding Committee for the establishment of the Association of Retired Teachers of Viet Nam, the Ministry of Education and Training's proposal, and that of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To permit the establishment of the Association of Retired Teachers of Viet Nam.
Article 2. The Association of Retired Teachers of Viet Nam shall organize and operate in accordance with its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, and be subject to state management by the Ministry of Education and Training within the scope of its activities. The Association of Retired Teachers of Viet Nam shall finance its own operations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Association of Retired Teachers of Viet Nam, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations and the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
