DECISION
Regarding the issuance of the Operation and Regulation Procedure for
Viet An Reservoir in Quang Nam Province
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
On the basis of the Water Resources Law No. 08/1998/QH10 and the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Irrigation Works No. 32/2001/PL-UBTVQH10;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the Report No. 155/BQL dated September 9, 2004 of the Management Board of the 408 Irrigation Project regarding the request for review and approval of the Operation and Regulation Procedure for
Viet An Reservoir in Quang Nam Province;
Based on the results of the review and the recommendations of the Director of the Irrigation Department, the Director of the Construction Management Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Operation and Regulation Procedure for Viet An Reservoir in Quang Nam Province is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Departments and Units under the Ministry, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
