Issuing Tariffs for Leased Telecommunication Lines within Provinces

of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group

THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

Pursuant to Decision No. 217/2003/QD-TTg dated October 27, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the management of tariffs for postal and telecommunication services;

Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (now the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group) at Circular No. 1821/GC-TT dated April 6, 2006 regarding the plan to reduce leased line tariffs;

This Circular regulates the system of statistical indicators for ethnic affairs, beliefs, and religions under the management authority of the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs and Religion as prescribed by law, including the list and content of statistical indicators..

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the tariff table for leased telecommunication lines within provinces of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group.

Article 2. The tariffs listed in the attached tariff table do not include value-added tax.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 4. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, Heads of units directly under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
