ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE STORAGE OF METEOROLOGICAL AND HYDROLOGICAL DOCUMENTS

BASED ON Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
BASED ON Decree No. 141/HĐBT dated August 24, 1982 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) promulgating the Standardization Work Regulations;
PURSUANT TO the proposal of the Director of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO WITH THIS DECISION is Industry Standard 94 TCN 23 - 2006 on Storage Regulations for Meteorological and Hydrological Documents.
Article 2. THIS DECISION shall take effect from February 1, 2007. The Decision No. 784/QĐ-TCKTTV dated October 7, 2002 of the General Director of the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting on Storage Regulations for Meteorological and Hydrological Documents is hereby abolished.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES, THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND FINANCE, THE DEPARTMENT OF METEOROLOGY AND HYDROLOGY, THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR METEOROLOGICAL AND HYDROLOGICAL FORECASTING, AND HEADS OF RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
