BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP;

BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 1, 2007 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS.

Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Regulations on conformity certification, compliance certification, and conformity declaration, compliance declaration".

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
