THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Commodity Quality dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government on state management of product and commodity quality;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Circular No. 02/2006/TT-BKHCN dated January 10, 2006 of the Ministry of Science and Technology guiding conditions and procedures for designating organizations to conduct product and commodity quality inspections;

Pursuant to the results of the evaluation by the Evaluation Council of designated inspection organizations (established pursuant to Decision No. 301/QĐ-LĐTBXH dated March 6, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs);

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health,

DECISION:

Article 1. Designate the Military Technical Inspection Center, located at No. 11B Hoang Sam Street, Nghia Do Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi to carry out product and commodity quality inspections.

Article 2. The scope of products and commodities subject to quality inspection is set forth in the attached annex.

Article 3. The validity period of this Decision is three years. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. The Military Technical Inspection Center and relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
