Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department.
Issued along with this decision is one Vietnamese Construction Standard:
DECISION:
Article 1. TCXDVN 397:2007 "Natural radioactivity of construction materials - Safety levels in use and testing methods". This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 2. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
