CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on Variety Testing for Crop Plants

BASED ON Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Seed Law dated March 24, 2004;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates national technical standards for crop variety trials as follows.
Article 1. Issued along with this Circular are 14 national technical standards for crop variety trials:
1. National technical standard for the trial of the agronomic value and utility value of cotton varieties.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
During implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals should promptly report them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study and amendment./.
