CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on the manufacture, inspection and certification of pressure equipment in transportation

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 promulgated by the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 promulgated by the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency and the Head of the Science and Technology Department;

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on the manufacture, inspection and certification of pressure equipment in transportation,

Article 1.

Issued together with this Circular are National Technical Regulations on the manufacture, inspection and certification of pressure equipment in transportation. Registration number: QCVN 67:2013/BGTVT.

Article 2.

This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2013. Article 3.

The Director of the Department of Official Letters and Archives, the Head of the Inspectorate, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
