THE LIST AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF HS CODES FOR GOODS PROHIBITED FROM EXPORTATION, WHICH ARE ROUNDWOOD AND SAWNWOOD OF NATIVE FOREST WOOD IN VIETNAM, AND GOODS EXPORTED UNDER LICENSES, WHICH ARE FIREWOOD AND CHARCOAL MADE FROM NATIVE FOREST WOOD IN VIETNAM.
Article 2. Effective Date
THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM AUGUST 19, 2016.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
1. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE FORESTRY GENERAL DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION.
2. DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD, IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES OR OBSTACLES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR TIMELY REVIEW AND RESOLUTION.
