CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regulation on training at the intermediate level and higher college level for teacher education fields
Based on Decree No. 15/2019/NĐ-CP dated February 1, 2019 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementation measures of the Vocational Education Law;
Pursuant to Decree No.Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP of the Government dated May 25, 2017 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training; dated December 22, 2017 of the Minister of Education and Training.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Higher Education,
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to issue the Regulation on training at the intermediate level and higher college level for teacher education fields.
Article 1. This Circular is accompanied by the Regulation on training at the intermediate level and higher college level for teacher education fields.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 11, 2020, and replaces Circular No. 22/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated July 9, 2014, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Regulation on training at the intermediate level for vocational education in regular programs; Circular No. 46/2011/TT-BGDĐT dated October 17, 2011, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Regulation on training at the intermediate level for vocational education in combined work-study programs; and replaces the provisions on training at the higher college level stipulated in Decision No. 25/QD-BGDĐT dated June 26, 2006, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Regulation on training at the bachelor's and higher college levels in regular programs; Decision No. 43/QD-BGDĐT dated August 15, 2007, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Regulation on training at the bachelor's and higher college levels in regular programs under the credit system; Circular No. 57/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated December 27, 2012, issued by the Minister of Education and Training amending and supplementing certain articles of the Regulation on training at the bachelor's and higher college levels in regular programs under the credit system, attached to Decision No. 43/QD-BGDĐT dated August 15, 2007, issued by the Minister of Education and Training; Decision No. 36/QD-BGDĐT dated June 28, 2007, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Regulation on training at the bachelor's and higher college levels in combined work-study programs; Circular No. 10/2018/TT-BGDĐT dated March 30, 2018, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the regulation on obtaining a second graduation certificate at the bachelor's and higher college levels for teacher education fields; and replaces the provisions on joint training at the intermediate level for vocational education and higher college level stipulated in Decision No. 42/QD-BGDĐT dated July 28, 2008, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the regulation on joint training at the intermediate level for vocational education, higher college level, and bachelor's degree.
Article 3. Director of the Office, Heads of the Higher Education Department, Heads of units related to the Ministry of Education and Training; Principals of teacher training colleges and intermediate teacher training colleges, Heads of educational institutions registered to operate training at the intermediate level and higher college level for teacher education fields are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
